We were recently engaged on a major project for Holcim Australia in Rooty Hill, NSW. The original design called for 440 tonnes of steel. By applying our proven Design & Construct methodology, we engineered the same level of compliance and performance with just 218 tonnes – a reduction of 222 tonnes, or nearly 50%.

PROJECT OUTCOMES:

• Steel reduced: 222 tonnes
• Cost per tonne: $9,500
• Total saving: ≈ $2.1 million
