What does it cost to build with Steelcorp?

Project investment varies depending on scope, site conditions and sector – there's no standard rate card. What we can do is provide a detailed cost plan early in the process, before detailed design begins, so you have a clear picture of investment and programme before committing capital. Our value engineering approach uses on average 33% less structural steel than conventional builds, which directly improves your project economics. The best starting point is a Discovery session – from there we can assess your requirements and provide a well-founded cost plan grounded in your specific project.

How long does a project take?

Timeframes depend on project scope, site conditions and the approvals pathway. As a general guide: Discovery and concept planning typically take 4–8 weeks, statutory approvals 8–20 weeks depending on project type and jurisdiction, and construction 12–24 weeks. One of the advantages of our integrated delivery model is the ability to overlap phases – running approvals and fabrication in parallel – to compress your overall programme. We establish and agree the construction programme before contract, so you have certainty from the outset.

Where does Steelcorp deliver?

We deliver projects across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia, with the capability to work nationally where the project warrants it. Our manufacturing facility is based in Wangaratta, VIC. If you're outside our primary regions, reach out – we'll give you a straightforward answer on whether we're the right fit for your project.
