Anchor Safe

<p class="rteBlock">Anchor Safe is a specialist provider of height safety systems, services and compliance management.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">With a long history of keeping Australians safe and worksites compliant, the company draws on deep knowledge and experience in the industry to support its customers to find the best height safety solutions. With a rapidly growing business, the company was looking to invest in a new head office that could provide additional space for offices, a new training area and an extensive commercial warehouse space.</p>

<p class="rteBlock">Anchor Safe came to us with a sketch of their proposed structure, and after partnering with Steelcorp and exploring ways to maximise the usability of their site, Anchor Safe decided on a design that offered 50% more office space and a 60% larger warehouse than the existing location in Albury.</p>

<p class="rteBlock">Initially Anchor Safe got in touch with Steelcorp to discuss potential plans, and after some early discussions around how to future-proof the site, private investors ended up purchasing the block and taking over Steelcorp’s plans from Anchor Safe in order to expedite the build.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">Steelcorp’s scope included design, engineering, drafting, structural frame, rainwater products, concrete footings &amp; slab, concrete tilt panels, roller doors, PA doors, cantilever awnings, a mezzanine floor and installation.</p><br><p class="rteBlock">Additionally, Jason Smith Constructions was engaged to manage the project and oversee the fit-out.</p>
