Steelcorp is not a commercial builder, however, we can definitely help you look after the installation of your commercial, industrial or agribusiness building.
We have helped guide many of our customers through the entire process of building a structure, from site selection to design to approvals & permits, right through to recommending trades and being there for on-site project management.
How Installation Works
Rather than use our own staff to install your structure, we act in an advisory capacity by connecting all the moving parts of your project such as architects, building surveyors, commercial builders, trades and more.
Our goal is to help you get your build completed in good time and without hassles, so we can happily refer you to trusted contractors and suppliers that we’ve worked with in the past. This includes our hand-picked shortlist of commercial builders who use their skills and experience to coordinate trusted tradespeople for the installation part of your project.
We still manage the project for you, using our in-house team of project managers who schedule the projects and organise the trades.
Alternatively, if you’re approaching your project in an owner-builder capacity, we can offer advice and support to help you organise your own installation team and trades, using our recommended local operators or your preferred contractors.
We specialise in large commercial structures and complex custom builds, so we make sure we only have reliable, capable and experienced installation teams in our network. This ensures you get the best possible result: a quality structure that’s built to last.
